“nCloud helped me realize that there is so much potential in what we can build in Gainsight to help improve and automate our processes,” states Emily Ely, Customer Success Lead at Bryq. After five weeks, the company had a central repository of information, and an ability to assign Call-to-Actions (CTAs) to Customer Success Managers while automating previously manual processes.
nCloud also assisted Bryq when the project’s executive sponsor left the company. “When the person with the know-how about how data was being used in various systems left the company, nCloud was able to step in and get us over some big hurdles,” continues Ely. “The nCloud consultants were my life raft. They were able to look at some of our issues and say, ‘I’ve seen that before.’”
Bryq has already seen benefits from using Gainsight. “We now have consistency in the way our Customer Success team is working and communicating, and this means better informed interactions with customers,” states Ely.
The value of the visibility of data and the automation of processes has been realized throughout the company. “The CS team now knows the importance of having good data, and how this data can save them time,” states Ely. “Our marketing and sales departments have also requested access to view customer data and take advantage of some of the automated customer communications such as surveys.”
As Bryq continues to streamline its rules, data integration and automation processes, Emily now has a true understanding of Gainsight fundamentals to continue to be successful. “Having the expertise of someone who has been down this path of getting Gainsight up and running was invaluable,” states Ely. “I don’t know what I would have done without nCloud’s help to ensure we were on point every step of the way.
