Gainsight Delivery Consultant
This consulting position focuses on delivering services and implementations within the Customer Success space leveraging Gainsight. Working either independently or as part of a team of experts, the Delivery Consultant will serve as the primary point of contact for clients. This role requires a blend of technical tenacity, leadership skills, and deep expertise in Gainsight and Customer Success principles.
As a Delivery Consultant, you’ll assist clients in implementing and optimizing Gainsight -- driving strategies and tactics that lead to predictable outcomes for their customers and sustainable growth for their businesses. For this role, experience with Gainsight is a must, and you will collaborate closely with clients to deliver success in the following ways:

Implementation & Onboarding: Support the initial implementation of Gainsight, ensuring seamless onboarding for client personnel.

Strategic & Tactical Consultation: Provide strategic and tactical advice on platform use cases and functionalities to drive business results.

Leadership Throughout the Lifecycle: Guide customers throughout the lifecycle of the implementation, from planning through post-launch optimization, ensuring alignment with their success goals.

Reusable Assets: Leverage and develop reusable frameworks and assets that streamline time-to-value for our customers, ensuring consistent and efficient delivery.

Customer Satisfaction & Service Bookings: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service, fostering positive relationships that encourage repeat business and additional service bookings.
Job Requirements:

Experience with Customer Success Platforms: Proficiency in administering Gainsight with a willingness and capability to learn new platforms.

Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Professional Services, Customer Success Management or Customer Success Operations, with a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes.

Technical Aptitude: Strong technical skills with the ability to learn, configure, and implement different new platforms.

Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, capable of conveying complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Leadership & Organizational Skills: Ability to provide structured, organized leadership and a roadmap for successful project execution.

Cross-Functional Teamwork: Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on objectives and outcomes.

Self-Motivation: A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a remote, fast-paced environment.
