Gainsight Implementation Specialist

Working either independently or with a team of nCloud Integrators consultants, Gainsight Implementation Specialists take a primary point of contact role with clients.  They must bring a combination of technical and team leadership, excellent written & verbal communication skills, and exemplary client management.


As a Gainsight Implementation Specialist, you’ll be assisting our clients with strategies and tactics around the Gainsight customer success platform. In this capacity you will work with clients to deliver predictable outcomes for their customers that will help drive growth and in their business. 

You will partner with our customers in an iterative fashion to ensure customer success excellence in the following ways:

  • Assist with initial implementation and on-boarding client personnel to the Gainsight platform

  • Provide strategic and tactical advice on use-case and product functionality

  • Provide organization and leadership for customers throughout the lifecycle of the Gainsight implementation

  • Leverage and enhance reusable assets for our customers to help streamline time-to-value of their Gainsight implementation

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree required

  • 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Professional Services, and/or Customer Success Management

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong leadership skills

  • Well-organized and capable of providing a structured solution

  • Experienced with working in cross-functional teams

  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a remote environment
