Day 1

This interactive workshop kicks off with a session focused on essential best practices to strengthen your CS operations and streamline processes for scalable success. Participants will engage in a hands-on lifecycle mapping workshop to outline key activities throughout the customer journey, ensuring alignment on what needs to be accomplished. Together, we will prioritize and build a roadmap for Customer Success activities identified from the mapping exercise, guiding you on how to implement these activities with measurable outcomes.

Day 2

The second day begins with a deep dive into Change Management principles, equipping teams with strategies to foster buy-in for new initiatives and ensuring smooth adoption of changes. Participants will then operationalize prioritized activities within their Customer Success Platform and/or CRM, aligning technical setup with desired outcomes. The workshop will conclude with a reflective session to recap the key takeaways and establish a clear action plan for future success.
